Shipping 

Please allow 7-10 business days after purchase for process and shipping information. Please be advised, Due to Coronavirus shipping may take longer than normal.

Tracking number will be provided once product is shipped. We appreciate your patience.

Returns/exchanges

While we strive for perfection, we are more than happy to accommodate unopened, unworn returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. 15 days after your purchase we will not accept any returns or exchanges. All sale or clearance items are non refundable.

Cancellations of Services 

Time is Non-Refundable

Do you know our cancellation policy⁉️

Here at DMW we expect all current and future clients to know and abide by our policies to ensure a respectful client/stylist relationship. Should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you do so at least 24hrs prior to your scheduled service(if you book on StyleSeat, please cancel on StyleSeat). Failure to do so will result in a $50-100% late cancellation  charge of the service total. We have a 15min grace period as a curtesy for those who may need a little more time. However, notice of this tardiness should always be given to your stylist in advance via phone and/or text. NO NOTICE Is considered a “NO SHOW”. We may not have time to perform your service and you will be responsible for 50-100% of your service total. In the event of a no call no show future appts my be denied.

No Kids Unless Being Serviced

Due to safety precautions, Children of any age are not allowed on service floor unless being serviced. Children under the age of 12 may not be left unattended in lobby. Although we adore or princesses, the stylist of Dear Madame Walker are not Responsible or Liable for the children of our clients.

No Extra Guest on Clinic Floor

Due CDC recommendations to Social distance and limited space, only guest being serviced will be allowed to enter clinic floor. Additional guest will be instructed to wait in the lobby. Salon chair, shampoo bowls, and dryer chairs are for clients only.

Please book appropriate service
In the event that the wrong service is booked, you service will either be rescheduled or you will be charged the price of the proper service. This included scalp detoxification and add on services. Communicate appropriately with your stylist is you have questions.

Dear Madame Walker is a independent contract salon 
All stylist operating under the Dear Madame Walker Salon are independent contractors. In other words, they are their own bosses. They reserve the rights to schedule/cancel appointments, set/change rates, and refuse services according to their will. The owner of Dear Madame Walker is not liable for services performed by independent contract stylist. Please regard all questions, comments, and concerns to your stylist unless CDC, DORA, or State Board regulations have been violated.
